At Happy Floors, we want you to love your new space, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unused and uninstalled flooring materials. Please ensure all items are returned in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Log into your account portal or contact our customer support team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- 2.Secure the Packaging
Carefully pack the unused tiles or flooring planks in their original boxes, ensuring they are secured on a pallet if necessary to prevent transit damage.
- 3.Schedule a Pickup
Once your RMA is approved, we will coordinate a specialized freight pickup for large orders or provide a shipping label for smaller parcel returns.
- 4.Receive Your Refund
After our warehouse inspects the returned goods for quality, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
