Do you offer samples before I commit to a full order?
Yes, we highly recommend ordering samples! You can order up to five 6x6 inch samples for a small fee to see how the flooring looks in your home's unique lighting.
How long does shipping take for large flooring orders?
Standard freight shipping typically takes 7-10 business days. Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a tracking number and the carrier will call you to schedule a delivery window.
What is your return policy for unused boxes?
We accept returns on unopened, full cartons within 30 days of delivery. Please note that a 15% restocking fee applies, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Are your flooring products waterproof or water-resistant?
We offer a wide range of options. Our Luxury Vinyl Plank (LVP) and Tile collections are 100% waterproof, while our Laminate and Engineered Hardwood collections are water-resistant and require immediate cleanup of spills.
Do you provide professional installation services?
Happy Floors is a product retailer only. However, we provide detailed installation guides for DIYers and can often recommend certified local contractors in your area upon request.
How do I calculate how much flooring I need to order?
Measure the square footage of your room and add a 10% 'waste factor' to account for cuts and errors. For herringbone or diagonal patterns, we recommend adding 15%.
